For example: If a message was not requested for a couple's 60th wedding anniversary, then you can submit a request for one anniversary from their 61st to 64th anniversary. If a message was not requested for an individual's 100th birthday, then you can submit a request for one birthday from their 101st to 104th birthday. Requesting a message You can submit your request online, by email, by post or by visiting your local Member of Parliament. A request must be submitted for every occasion. Messages are not arranged automatically.
