我从来不会得理不让人，却也不是容易服输的，一方面和侄女再次联系，确认学校那个画蛇添足是什么意思，一方面查找澳洲乃至英联邦内关于认证的条例。
其实，侄女读的新西兰的那家大学为了郑重其事，在成绩单上搞个学校领导签字和盖了个凹凸钢印，不想，看上去还真是像在认证，其实只是成绩单的一个组成部分。
该反击了！我在确认认证件准确无误以及了解相关法规之后，发了邮件给CPA:
"The words in the top right corner "I hereby certify that this is a true copy of the student's Academic Record.Signature. For the Director Student Administrature" , the signature of "XXX" and a concavo-convex stamp of ### Unversity are the official part of the original transcript from ### University. Even they look like to certify a copy.
1.According to legislation of Certification "Teacher employed on a full-time basis at a school or tertiary education institution" can certify documents. If the document signed by "XXX" was to certify a copy or there is any other so-called "original document", Miss *** will simply forward the XXX certified "copy" to you. However, Miss *** received only one original transcript from ### University, which is with those "questionable words". She needs to keep the original document and has to get it cerfitied with those words together.
2.********* J.P will not be able to certify a copy based on another certified copy. Any authorised person must certify upon the original document. We have already cleared that up, from your recent investigation, the signature and stamp from ******** J.P is true but just in black and looks like a copy. I really hope you or CPA Australia will not question **********J.P.
Could you please help us cancel the letter from CPA requesting another certified copy of Transcript and move forward the assessment for Miss ***? "
