eGift Card FAQ
Q: How quickly will I get my card?
A: David Jones eGift Card orders will be delivered within 5 minutes of an order. However, email carriers and other issues can delay your order. If the eGift Card is not received within 4 hours of purchase, please email au.support@vcdelivery.com.
Q: What will I receive after I purchase a eGift Card?
A: You will receive an email that contains a link to your eGift Card. When you receive this email, click the link to view the eGift Card. You can either print the eGift Card from your computer or use it directly from your mobile phone.
Q: How do I use my eGift Card?
A: To redeem your eGift Card, simply display on your mobile phone or present a printed copy of this pdf at any point of sale in a David Jones store. eGift Cards can now be redeemed online.
Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
A: eGift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
Q: Do I need a special printer or is colour printing required?
A: No, if you choose to print the eGift Card then any standard printer will work and any David Jones store will accept the eGift Card if it is printed without colour.
Q: How do I check the balance of my eGift Card?
A: The available balance of your eGift Card will appear on your receipt after each purchase. You can also check your balance at any point of sale in a David Jones store.
Q: Do virtual gift cards expire?
A: eGift Cards expire 24 months after issue. Any balance that remains on the eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
