Certified copies of birth certificates showing both parents’ names for you and any
other person included in the application. If you do not have a birth certificate and are
unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at
least one of the following documents:
passport
family book showing both parents’ names
identification document issued by the government
documents issued by a court that verifies your identity.
因为护照个人页上有英文的，所以是不是复印一下就可以了？想快点提交申请，所以想先把护照信息交上去，回头出生公证做好了再补交材料不知道行不行
