Hello, I have a spare room available at my house in Noranda, consisting of myself and 1 other house mate.

The house is fully furnished and you are welcome to use any of facilities. This includes a 60" plasma television & surround sound system, amazing massage chair, Apple TV, separate singing PA System, WI-FI, air-conditioning, all kitchen & laundry facilities eg. Washing Machine, Dryer etc. Your room also has the Foxtel socket fitted, but this is at your own expense if you decide to use it.

House is fitted with a full alarm system.

We live in front of a very big park which has bbq facilities etc or you can watch the sporting events usually held weekly. My home is also near Tonkin hwy, which is an advantage getting to and from places quick. You are a 2 minute drive to Noranda shopping centre and a short walk to bus stop, taking you direct to Morley bus station.

I work 6 - 7 days a week as a finance manager and also have a travel agency.

I have a Rotti called Mya, who is an outside dog.

I am asking for $220 per week including all bills & bond of 4 weeks rent paid up front.
