如图,说虽然装好了,但是我还是不能用,因为没有wire把switchboard 和我的unit连在一起 我已经等了一上午了就给我这个结果,大家有遇到过这种情况吗??肿么办(paopaobing(58))
Your TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone service has been installed. We have tested the service and proven it as working at the telephone switchboard of your building (this is called the Main Distribution Frame or “MDF”). The MDF is the boundary of TPG’s responsibility to install the service.
The cabling at your premises between the MDF and your unit now requires connecting for your ADS2+ with Home Phone service to be delivered to your unit.
This cabling work is called “MDF jumpering” and was explained during your signup process as sometimes being required, depending on the internal cabling in your premises.
You may choose to rectify this by:
1. Hiring a licensed technician to connect your premises internal cabling from the MDF to your unit. (If you choose to do this, advise them cabling needs to be connected from MDF Vertical a Pair 33 to your unit). |
