I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your credit balance. I can confirm we are aware of the current issues with customers not being able to view their correct balance.. I would like to assure you that the correct department has been made aware of this however because the department only works business hours this may not be resolved until Monday.
Most of our customers are still able use the credit, If you are unable to please contact us and we can raise this to the correct department.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us on 2534 (from your Aldi Sim card) or alternatively you can call us on 1300989000 (calls are charged at standard rates.)
