Accountant and Marketing Specialists

Due to our business expansion in Australia, we now need to recruit an accountant and several marketing specialists to meet our need. The basic requirements are listed below:

1.        Fluent in English communication.
2.        Diploma or above in education qualification acquired in Australia.
3.        Have interest in working in tire industry.

Accountant responsibilities include:

1. Formulate budgetary and accounting policies.
2. Prepare financial statements complying with statutory requirements.
3. Examine operation costs and income.
4. Prepare taxation return for staff and company.
5. Maintain and advise on computer-based accounting systems.
6. Liaise with financial institutions and other organs if necessary.

Main skills include:

1.        Excel in the using of computer-based accounting systems for effective accounting management.  
2.        Proficient in the communicative skills, capable of getting on well with others against cross-culture background and writing financial reports. .
3.        Capable of record keeping accurately.
4.        Be good at advising on cost control, cash flow and financial risk, etc.

Marketing specialist responsibilities include:

1. Develop advertising policies and coordinate production of advertising campaign to achieve sales objectives.
2. Analyze and research market characteristics, consumer awareness and consumer patterns of various tire products.
3. Advise on pricing, sales promotion and distribution channels.
4. Identify and search for tire market opportunities and predict future consumer trends
5. Monitor tire products storage and collect information of tire storage and sales.

Main skills include:

1. Be good at the information collecting of tire industry, including government policies, market status and consumers preferences, etc.  
2.        Proficient in the communicative skills, capable of getting on well with others against cross-culture background and writing market research reports. .
3.        Capable of providing advice on the selection of tire products to consumers and cooperators based on automobiles and tire knowledge.  .
4.        Have passion in expanding tire business.
