如题，今天收到了我母亲143移民的要求付费的邮件，说到从4月19日开始，所有的信用卡都要收取额外的手续费了。具体如下：
From 19 April 2014, a credit card surcharge will apply to transactions made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners credit cards. The following rates will apply:

Visa and Mastercard - 1.08%
American Express and JCB - 1.99%
Diners Club International - 2.91%

童鞋们看看咋办啊？是只能用支票了啊？

不包括保证金
所谓的保证金，就是AOS 直接交给centerlink的

centerlink上面的原文是这样写的
”or a 2 year Assurance of Support, the bank guarantee amount is $5,000 for a single visa applicant and $7,000 if there are 2 visa applicants.

For a 10 year Assurance of Support, the bank guarantee amount is $10,000 for a single visa applicant and $14,000 if there are 2 visa applicants.

Where the assurer is an organisation, the organisation must provide a $10,000 guarantee for a 2 year Assurance of Support and a $20,000 guarantee for a 10 year Assurance of Support. “

有点糊涂，那一般人是 assure 2年的还是10年的啊？不是都应该是10年吗, 什么人可以适用于2年的那个？

这个就不是太清楚了

centerlink的解释是
”An Assurance of Support can last for 2 or 10 years, depending on the type of visa. The period starts from the date the migrant arrives in Australia, or the date that the visa is granted (whichever is the later date). Generally, the migrant and their dependants will not be able to claim payments from us in this period.

An Assurance of Support remains active until the end of the Assurance of Support period, even if the migrant would normally be exempt from the 2 year waiting period after being granted a visa. There are no exemptions from the Assurance of Support provisions. If the migrant receives any of our payments during the Assurance of Support period, the assurer must repay this money.“
不过也没说究竟是什么签证
