case 已经明确说了，那几家规模大企业不会出售

本人不赞同，原文是：

Two of the competitors, Butlers Corporation and International Beverages, are owned by global food and beverage conglomerates that use Australia as the base for their non-alcoholic beverages operations in Asia. Industry experts believe that acquisition of either of these companies, to be used as a mode of entry into the industry and gain significant market share, is not possible. The parent companies will be unwilling to sell their Australian operations.

还有：

The board has requested ABL’s strategy team to urgently evaluate entry into the Australian bottled water manufacturing industry, assess potential acquisition targets from existing competitors within the industry, and summarise the potential implementation issues related to an acquisition. The strategy team has identified two companies for review against these criteria. These are Hydrate Water and Fountain Springs.

这就是说，Butlers Corporation and International Beverages 是不会出售，但是Hydrate Water and Fountain Springs是有可能的。而且BOARD已经下令研究可行性了。

我觉得会叫你EVALUATION那两个公司哪一个是BEST OPTION

明白了，也就是说ABL可以用其他方式 进入市场，不仅仅是自己建厂，use common modes of entry

根据文章给出来的条件和ABL 以前是通过收购而进入juice和snack food的商业习惯，ABL是会收购的。但是题目也可以出成“如果ABL不通过收购来进入bottle water industry，该如何？”

那如果是自己建厂要考虑那些因素，看完case后觉得只有Hydrate water合适，因为case16页说要20%market share.
用5 force or 5Q 还是 ？

还有其他的alternative。Refer to Pg. 4.37 - objective of market entry.

如果写STRATEGIC PLAN 那不是要写STRATEGIC OPTIONS, OPERATIONAL LEVER, ORGANISATIONAL & PEOPLE LEVER
会不会太长篇了啊

我觉得都可以写 关键是看问题要哪个TOOL来ANALYSIS 这CASE3很多变化啊

在文章中没有提到过JV 和SA， 当然题目也有可能让我们比较这几种方法的优劣。但是可能性应该不大。

4.37 是 进入一个 new geographic market，这个case 不算是吧，ABL 算是本土作战

但是，如果收购 fountain springs的话，会涉及到export market。参看table 3 关于other的注： “Other includes export sales and use of purified water for medical procedures (e.g. dental, dialysis).”

我不估计题目会假设ABL 要自己建厂，所以不去考虑。
