Optus 3月网络问题,I got $140 (Bills for 2 months Jan & Mar)补偿 and I was told by the Optus that this is only temporary fixed, means it will happen again ………………

Time spent: 5 minutes

I called the Optus Customer Service on 7 March and asked to speak to a supervisor directly;   I gave a severe reprimand for their terrible service which was the customers are definitely not deserved, the supervisor told me that I will receive $50 credit, however I refused it since I believe that we are entitled to receive more compensation due to our losses. The supervisor expressed that they can’t give me more than this. Then I called TIO and made a complaint.

Time spent: 2 minutes
At 17:30pm on 13 March 2014, the Optus (local aussie) called me asked me if my internet service is OK or not, I said: “Excuse me Sir, I don’t think you are competent to your job because this is the network fault, not the individual customer fault, why you call me and ask me? You should ask your technical support to confirm. if you call me to confirm, you need to pay me the consultant fee, do you understand?”, he said: ‘I can call our technical support, but you have to wait until next week”. I hung up (no time to talk to them).

Time spent: 1 minute
At 18:00pm on 14 March 2014, the Optus (local aussie) called me and asked me if I have time, I said :”I don’t have time right now, call me next week.”. I hung up.

Time spent: 3 minutes.
At 11:00am on 17 March 2014,  the Optus (local aussie) called me and I got $ 140 credit. I also asked that if it is a permanent fix or a temporary fix? I was told that this is only temporary fixed.

Call TIO 1800 062 058, make a complaint:

I want to have 2 months billing credit due to the Optus network faults PR12138754, but they refused. Tell TIO the fault started on 15 Jan until now. Mention the Optus  PR: 12138754.
