Position available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Support Services team. This role will provide relief assistant support to the Assistant Group.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Assistant Support
- managing all telephone calls and taking messages
- diary management
- typing documentation for Partners and all members of the group
- booking travel and accommodation
- organising weekly and annual planners
- collation of timesheets
- general administrative duties such as faxing, filing, distributing mail and managing stationery supplies
Billing Support
- takes ownership and accountability for the integrity of client data
- displays in-depth understanding, and takes administrative ownership, of billing process both at a Partner and team level
This role will also provide operational support when required within the firm. This could include but not limited to Marketing, Human Resources, Reception, Catering and the Practice Services area.
To be successful in this role, candidates will have experience in a Personal Assistant role preferably within a corporate or professional services environment along with strong MS Office skills and a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. In addition, a high level of accuracy when completing work, the ability to build rapport with clients and staff quickly and a flexible approach to work is required in this role. Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the desire to move between roles rather than stay in one position.
