We are new start-up company seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Business Assistant to support senior Managers for exploring new business opportunities.
· Most of the work can be done from home office.
· Client liaison, occasional site visits will be required from time to time;
· Fluent speaking and written English and Chinese (good oral English is a must);
Advanced MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
· To take meeting minutes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
· Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
· Meeting and greeting clients at all levels of seniority;
· Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
· Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
· Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
· Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
· Start from part time (3 days a week) first, this role may turn to a permanent role;
· Senior year university students may be considered, preferable to be major in Business or Marketing.
