救命。。。申请PPL填表遇到的问题

在australian residence这一大版块有一个问题Except for short trips or holidays, have you ever lived outside Australia? 我选yes,填的china，因为人家解释得很清楚如果你是国外出生的blabla
然后下面一个问题If you have lived outside Australia, what date did you most recently commence residing in Australia (dd/mm/yyyy)? This is a required field 关于这个问题的详细说明如下：
Date that you most recently commenced residing in Australia
Enter the date that you most recently commenced legally residing in Australia on a permanent basis, for example, 10/04/1999.

An Australian resident is a person who resides in Australia and is either:

an Australian citizen or
the holder of a permanent visa or
the holder of a protected special category visa (SCV).
If you have returned to Australia after permanently residing in another country, enter the date that you most recently started living in Australia on a permanent basis.

You can obtain this date from your travel documents. If these are no longer available, you can estimate the day, month and year you started living in Australia.

Residing
Residing in Australia means you are living in Australia on a permanent basis.
就这个on a permanent basis把我弄糊涂了。我最近一次入境（从中国回澳洲）是今年4月，入境后8月拿到PR。那么我应该填4月入境的那天还是签证上PR批准的那天呢？
持分求解，请回答的童鞋一定要pretty sure答案（如果已经填过表并成功申请的同学），而不是个人意见

还有更然后崩溃的问题在后面：
Has your visa changed since you arrived in Australia?我选yes因为我最初是拿300未婚妻签证入境，然后转820临时居住签证，最后转801永居。但是紧接着它就问If yes, what date was your arrival visa granted and what was your arrival visa subclass这个地方我该填300的时间还是820的时间啊。。。崩溃。。。

LZ请问你的问题解决了吗？我最近也在申请，遇到了和LZ一模一样的问题，也是820签证，应该填哪个日期啊！多谢了！！
