这个increase 不准确，我收到的West Ryde的还增长40%了呢，呵呵。。。不可能啊。。

出来新房子多，高价房子会拉高价格。具体还是比较差不多的房子比较靠铺。

我也觉得21.1%太夸张了点，城堡山近一年来，能涨10%已经很不错了。倒是Kellyville的9.1%感觉有点偏低，应该也是10%左右或稍高一点。
