all Oracle Approvals are related back to the Position Title (Job Role) in the Position Hierarchy in Oracle. This is maintained by HR.
For an employee to be able to approve a requisition in Oracle the following needs to occur.
1) An Employee needs to be assigned to a Position Title (Job Role) within the Oracle Position Hierarchy.
2) An 'Approval Assignment' is given to Position Title (Job Role), which then links the 'Approval Group' to the role that the employee is assigned to.
Employee--------> Position Title (Job Role)<---------Approval Assignment (with linked Approval Group)
It all hinges on the Position Title (Job Role)
The only report I can see you obtaining would be from HR showing all active employees and their job descriptions. You would then have to cross reference that in Oracle to the Approval Group assigned to that role.
As far as I am aware, there is no report that contains all of the data you require. |
