假如一年当中有18周PPL, 是不是到了年底, 今年积累的年假要相应减少呀?

这里说到 Leave continues to accumulate while employees are taking paid annual leave and paid personal leave ... leave does not normally accumulate during periods of unpaid leave, such as unpaid parental leave, or unpaid authorised absences.
这里没有明确说明PPL是哪种情况, 但是我理解, PPL好歹是属于paid leave
但是看这里, 计算leave的页面

Under the National Employment Standards, paid leave doesn’t accumulate during periods of certain types of unpaid leave. Any leave that accumulates during periods of unpaid leave entered here will be deducted from the total entitlement. To answer this question - unpaid leave includes any unpaid carer’s leave, unpaid parental leave or other unpaid leave. It also includes leave taken under the Government Paid Parental Leave Scheme. If any unpaid community service leave (as provided by the National Employment Standards) or certain types of stand down have been taken, you should not include these in any unpaid leave periods.
