给我姥姥申请600签证，因在70岁以上所以需要买医疗保险。
我买了medibank的intermediate 70 visitor cover，每月220，算是比较标准的保险了。给签证官发了confirmation email过去。
签证官不满意，回复说：you should purchase insurance for the full period of your intended stay and email the receipt showing amount paid and the period of cover.
我打给medibank，他们解释说只有confirmation email，只有每月220的payment setup，现在保险还没开始，没有什么receipt或者invoice。这个保险也是随时开始随时取消的，没有什么full period of cover。他们不理解为什么签证官有这样的要求。
请问谁有类似的经验？ |
