as CBA priced at $74,the dividend return includes frank credit is 3.86%(2/74/0.7) half year or 7.027% for full year.
as TLS priced at 5.10,the dividend return includes frank credit is 3.93%(0.14/5.1/0.7) half year or 7.84% for full year.
both of them are dividend stocks without clear growth prospects and both of them are low risk stocks
