Our Client is a leader in ATM networks and seeks to appoint a Junior Programmer / Software Support person to their IT team based in the CBD.
As the Junior Programmer / Software support person you will be part of the IT team that provides direct programming and software support to users of their ATM network both in Australia and overseas.
Your new role is integral to attaining ‘best in class’ performance for an ATM monitoring and incident management business including service delivery, staff management and customer satisfaction.
It is envisaged the successful applicant will have a love of IT and programming and seek to join a progressive organisation within the payment market.
• In combination with the above you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid track record of IT programming.
• Knowledge of installation and configuration of hardware and loading of software onto desktop systems
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word
• High level technical aptitude and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and IP commands
Networking skills include:
Knowledge of networking protocols
Install, configure and set up of modems for LAN and wireless networks
Install network client software
