求万能的足迹，无本地经验小会计该如何找个volunteer的工作？要会计相关的

如题，来了澳洲一年了，国内什么大学本科都说假的， 人家根本不认你，看着很多留学生读完当地本科研究生的，自己只读了两个c4，根本不是竞争对手，虽然好多年的工作经验，但是人家说的都要当地经验，投了n份简历，没有回音，我的招工途径就是seek，careeerone，不停的投，coverletter 每次都改，很用心了，但是还是什么都没有。所以想找volunteer的工作，或者那种给钱实习的，但是不知道那种实习的给不给写reference。其实自己还是很自信自己的会计职业能力的。为什么就无人垂青呢。。

可以考虑intership， 找大公司的。 运气好的话公司会要人的。 之前有朋友intership结束后公司留他了！

一般找intership的都是找本科刚毕业的吧？我只有c4毕业，这种机会很少，人家都写着要求要bachlor degree的。。

不要看轻自己，十年会计经验，做什么都没问题。他们能找到你做工，是他们的幸运。
