:) I partly agree with your idea, for there is demand in bookkeeping, however I am not sure whether the idea of franchise will work or not.
1, no matter which industry you are in, in order to make franchise work, you have a solid and succeful business mode to copy. In other words, you know your business well, market, customers and your service. Then your have good records, say, profit and cost ratio, to convince potential buyer.
Therefore, as the foundation, you have to think thoroughly what to do and how to do firstly and make it successful.
2 then it comes to the second point that how can you make your book keeper company works, which I have been thinking recently. Do u have relevant experiences? If so, it is much easier to convince new clients and enlarge client base one by one. Surely, it is not easy at beginning as everything does. Fortunately, there is enough Chinese medium sized company who needs this service and need to be explored.
3. After established, for around one year or two, there is time to establish procedure to standardlise service, recruite new staff and train new staff and most importantly, marketing to find and maintain clients.
This is how I think if I want to run such a business, for me, unfortunately, I only have accounting degree without practical experience, so I can not start now( only administration, accounts payable experience)
Are you still interested in doing this and believing it is worthy the effort? |
