It is difficult when confronted (请注意在when之后的现在分词和过去分词的用法,现在分词表示主动,过去分词表示被动) with + sth

习惯用法——政治性语言、客套话、漂亮话部分,这些话对于有志做leader的同学比较有用,否则看看就好了
I want you all focussed on your staff training plans, our job is to grow and develop our people!
Take the time to talk to your people and ask them “why do we do that and what value does it add?” Engage them in the solution.
This must remain a weekly focus until we have it back under control and everyone has a role to play.

With declining revenue we must be focussed on cost reductions and leave is the one where we can plan to reduce without with some “lateral thinking” and not too much effort. |
