0。I prefer team work as well as independent work depends on the situation. If the problem could be solved by myself, I would prefer working by my own. Otherwise I believe I will be a good team player as well.
1. I prefer working under policy because it will give me clear guidance about the right thing to do.
2. I will try to get the documentation related to his work and try to learn by myself. I think I am a fast learner and will be able to pick up the work quickly.
3. If I have the user mannual, I will send it to the client for him to have a look at first and ask him if he still has specific questions, I am more than happy to assist. Then I probably could save some time to read the mannual myself and work out how to use it.
