Citigroup Global Transaction Service (GTS) is a leading provider of cash management, trade, securities and fund services to financial institutions and corporate clients around the world. Committed to the development of business in China, GTS is seeking to identify high calibre Chinese Citizens working/studying here to join its China Management Development Program. The Program objective is to provide a balance of training and work experiences that will prepare you for progression to management positions within Citigroup China.

The Management Development Program will be 18 to 24 months in duration and involve each program participant to complete, in Sydney or Auckland, training rotations and job assignments plus annual training courses in Shanghai, before relocating to China. The Program offers a choice of career streams within GTS Product Management, GTS Sales and Client Delivery.

Specifications / Qualifications
We are looking for motivated candidates who have preferably gained post-graduate qualifications with several years of commercial experience in Sydney or Auckland or in a market outside of China, ideally within the financial services sector. You will have a proven track record as a high performer, be achievement and results oriented with demonstrated leadership skills. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and should be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
