Question about Microsoft word

Q1: If you have set file name and path in the footer of a document, is there a method to make the path automatically change when you move the document from drive M:/ to Drive N:/?
i.e. document AAA.doc is saved in M:/, the filename and path appeared in the footer is M:/AAA.doc. After I MOVE or COPY or SAVE AS this document to drive N:/,  I want the file name and path appeared in the footer is N:/AAA.doc. The reason is the authority level to access M:\ and N:\ is different for deferent department.

Q2: If you have set Hyperlink in a word file. After you covert it to a PDF file, is it possible to keep Hyperlink function?

Q1 In Excel, you can write a fomula   =cell ("filename")

The path will automatically change each time you save it at a different a spot. Not sure about Word though. Haven't used it much.

Q1: 如果你使用word的autotext,是不会自动变更的. 一种办法在这里 http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/File_Name_And_Path.htm

另外,以下几种办法可以迫使word跟新

    * Print (updates all)
    * Print Preview (updates all)
    * Ctrl+A, then F9 (updates all)
    * Right-click an individual field and hit Update (updates individual field)

Q2: 我认为是取决于你用什么软件转换, 不过一般是可以的.
