先介绍下背景:7天营业;国人公司;员工大多同胞;午餐多数外卖;有清洁工,每周135来3次,每次5-10分钟收垃圾简单吸尘抹灰。
经理觉得按目前情况,经常造成食物残渣或者打包盒扔在厨房的垃圾筒内过了个周末以后有异味。而且厨房以及内部电器经常无人清理保洁。
故制定值日生制度,a负责每月1-3日;b负责每月4-6日……
要求如下:
1) 吃剩的食物残渣与一次性食品容器,不得放入办公室内任何一个垃圾斗或字纸篓,必须于当天下班时自行打包带走。
All the food unfinished and its container must be taken away on the same day by staff self but DO NOT put in anywhere in the office.
2) 清洗好的餐具放入框内,下班前将自己所使用的茶壶清洗好放入框内。
All the clean utensils (eating or baking) must be put away in cabinet. Each employee should clean own cups and bottles before completion of the day.
3) 各类食品、茶品、餐饮用品必须放入相应的抽屉内、柜内
All the food and utensil must be put in order in the related drawers and cabinets.
4) 办公室所有人员轮流充当卫生值班人员(见下表),任期内负责监督办公室的保洁情况(以上第1-第7点),并至少对冰箱、微波炉、烤面包机进行一次清理与保洁工作。与下期的卫生值班人员进行交接。
All the officers will be in shift to look after office cleaning(shown in the table below). The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- supervising the office according to Points 1 to 7;
- clean the refrigerator, microwave oven, and toaster at least once during shift time;
- exchange cleaning information with the officers on next shift.
5) 办公室设保洁总负责人,督察各一人。员工可投诉至保洁总负责人,保洁总负责人将对工作进行评估并对未尽到保洁职责的员工进行批评教育。总负责人接受督察人的监督。
There is one team leader and one supervisor for the office cleaning system. Staff can make complaints to team leader, who is responsible for cleaning evaluation. The team leader reports to supervisor.
