请教ASA是不是可以给别人做document certification?

帮一个朋友问：
如题

做police check 之类要求id复印件certified,其中列出包括JP在内的可以签字的人群，其中有Accountant (ASA, CPA NIA等等)，是不是说只要是cpa里的membership就可以帮人做certification呢？有哪位大仙做过这个？ASA真的可以给人签名吗？我印象中找JP做有印章什么的，那像ASA或者注册护士这些人可能没有印章，如果要帮人家签名，需要写那些detail呢？

Yes, in accordance with the list attached after Statutory Declarations, some accoutants with creditation (eg. CPA, CA) are eligiable to certify copies. The stamp is just to make the job easy. You can order one for yourself.

那如果不是cpa或ca只是ASA呢？

我看2楼给的attachment上面写的“Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants or the National Institute of Accountants”，只是写了MEMBER。。。没有写QUALIFIED。。。按正常理解应该是member就行吧~~~不过我也不太确定。。。等牛人来确认~~

应该不行，应该要full member而不是associate member。CA没有associate member，只有candidate，所以CPA Associate member应该等同于CA的candidate，不能做这个事情。

 Health professions: Chiropractor, Dentist, Medical practitioner, Nurse, Optometrist, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist1

这个ASA应该是一个什么什么协会，不是CPA里面的associate memeber的意思。。。

亲，不可以，其他同类的都是需要qualified的人。。例如pharmacist也是要qualified的才能certify..
