那位群友写信去移民局,移民局的答复如下:
It must be a an active business or investment. For example investing in property and collecting the rent is not eligible, but property development (building houses) is an eligible activity. Another example is passive investing in the Australian Stock Market is not eligible, but if you set up a company and was actively trading in the stock market (buying & selling stock weekly) then that would be considered as an eligible investment business activity.
