怎么做配偶签证的 assurance of surport?

今年（2012）申请配偶签证309(65岁)的经济担保条件改了吗？？？以前说是有一个年薪2万6 的人或者存折上有6万澳币就可以做担保，现在说不能用存款担保了！！！
只能找一个年薪2万6以上的人做担保
存折上有7万澳币，但是怎么也找不到2万6人做担保阿，申请人的老公退休了，女儿带小孩没上班阿，
大家帮忙出出主意吧， 这个经济担保怎么做阿？？？


我打过电话去centre link ，不需要钱担保了，如果要钱担保更好办，
因为我们有存款，但是现在center link 已经不接受了
他们说我们要找一个年薪有2万6 的人做担保人，
我现在就是找不到一个年薪有2万6的人做担保阿。。

楼主今年1月1日以前申请的吧？ 如果是2012.1.1以后申请的好像就不用担保了。

银行存款发给移民官，要求waive 经济担保……

不过，现在的配偶移民，都不用作经济担保的说~~

With effect from 1 January 2012, amendments to SSAct (section 739A(8)) and the new Social Security (Class of Visas - Newly Arrived Resident's Waiting Period for Special Benefit) Determination 2011 have changed access to SpB for temporary visa subclass holders 309, 820, 310 and 826.
 
As a result of the SSAct changes, from 1 January 2012 the discretionary requirement for an AoS has been removed from the Migration Regulations for temporary visa subclasses 309 and 820; temporary visa subclass 300 (prospective marriage); and the permanent visa subclasses 100 and 801.
 
Any AOS that has been accepted for a Spouse/Partner category visa that was granted on or before 31 December 2011 remains in place.
移民局也提到和什么时候申请无关，和出签时候有关。与amendments to SSAct相符合。

From 1 January 2012, the discretionary Assurance of Support (AoS) requirement will be removed from Partner visas. This change means that an AoS will not be required for Partner visa applications made on or after 1 January 2012. The change also applies to Partner visa applications made but not finally determined by 1 January 2012.

This change affects the following visa subclasses:

Partner temporary visa (subclass 309)
Partner permanent visa  (subclass 100)
Partner temporary visa  (subclass 820)
Partner permanent visa (subclass 801)
Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300).
Any AoS that commenced prior to 1 January 2012 will still be enforced by the Department of Human Services.
如果出签，visa grant（decision),是在2012年1月1号前，需要继续按旧的AOS来，如果是12年1月1号后的decision，就不需要。和申请日无关。

第一：是移民局决定哪种签证需要哪种经济担保形式，不是福利局，福利局只负责审批。
第二：配偶类型是原本的Discretionary Assurance of Support，是由原本的移民官决定。本从今年开始下的签证就没有经济担保，不知道为什么楼主的case officer会给经济担保要求。楼主还是联系case officer,问清楚。福利局不能改变经济担保形式及要求，权限在你的case officer手里.

Discretionary Assurance of Support

In some other Family stream visas (including Child visas), a discretionary AoS may be requested where applicants are assessed as being at risk of becoming a charge on Australia's welfare system. This request is based on consideration of the education, skills, employment history, English language capacity and age of both the visa applicant and sponsor.

Under normal circumstances, an AoS bond is not required for visas with a discretionary AoS. Exceptions apply to cases where the AoS is provided by an organisation other than a state agency.
Note: From 1 January 2012, the discretionary Assurance of Support (AoS) requirement was removed from Partner visas.

先打了电话问移民局，移民局让问centerlink，
得了这个结果着急呢，
