如果父母143移民来了，累计住满10年是只要离境就减掉日子还是短期出境不影响累计？谢谢！

你是指养老金？养老金10年期限是不用减掉探亲，旅游为目的的短期出境时间的。

之前打过三个电话给福利局，三个不同的答案，所以我放弃了，因为也许这个出境时间问题，需要的是材料证明（如果出境时间长），本来我也想说三个月的，但是问题是，是10年内累计3个月？还是每次出境最多三个月？如果是每次，使是每年一次？还是10年内累计补不能超过多少？福利局的都没有详细的答案，所以你也可以尝试咨询福利局，希望你遇到个知识丰富的，呵呵。不过说不定等更多人到拿养老金的年龄时，福利局会适当改变的，所以只能尽可能满足，等到了父母可以领养老金的年龄的时候，再看吧。政府福利局是靠不住的，父母养老还是有不同的投资，以及分配方式的。

如果你说的是10年的担保金，入境起10年，不管你住不住在澳洲，都到日子就会退还的

如果你说的是养老金，无论是父母移民，技术移民，还是澳洲出生的公民，都必须要满足10-year qualifying Australian residence。
The 10-year Australian resident requirement means you have been an Australian resident for a continuous period of at least 10 years, or for a number of periods which total more than 10 years, with one of the periods being at least 5 years.  from http://www.centrelink.gov.au/int ... s/age_residence.htm
注意，他是说be an Australian resident，不是说住在澳洲境内。

通常一年去海外90天之内都不会认为你不是澳洲居民

如果超过90天，一般也可以认为你仍旧是澳洲的居民，如果你能够提供证明你的。
好像上限是3年。离境3年肯定就认为你不是澳洲居民了

问题问了这个RRV 5年2年，适用不适用于，养老金，答案是养老金归福利法管辖，和移民局的RRV无关。问具体点的，是一年三个月出境呢，照样可以累计呢等等，他们也答不上来，所以放弃了。因为通常的理解就象你说的，但问题，福利法里面关于养老金10年一说，没有很仔细区分时限，而是很简单的是长期居住澳洲，以澳洲为家，这个和RRV的也就是就同种性质，不过福利有时候比移民还麻烦，尤其是政府没钱时。反正到时候等父母年龄到了，也不一定需要。还是一句，靠福利，还不如靠自己。福利还是留给真正需要的人吧。
