事情是這樣的,我的流量是39的計畫300MB+1GB10元的add on額外我自己買的合起來就是1.3個G,我上個月13日和上上個月都使用了差不多1.1個G,也就是還剩下200MB左右的流量,因為我一直上網都很小心很怕會超所以基本都會查,我簽了2年的計畫,到現在已經過去1年半了之前從來沒超過,自從我這個月13號開始(因為剛付的賬單)到19號,我都是在用optus的卡,用他們的2元1天無限流量和國內電話的計畫,在這個期間我偶爾會換virgin的卡打國際長途,19號晚上我換卡準備打中國的時候,virgin給我2封短信同時我的服務都被停掉了,但是我一直沒有用virgin的卡上網,我就上網看了我的賬單1700塊,差不多超了1個G!我有點崩潰了,然後他網頁說"you've run out of data ,get more data"然後我就升級了我原來1個G的額外換成20元2個G加上我原來的300剛好可以夠.但是我換完一下錢變成了3000多,我檢查的那天已經晚上1點多了打去客服也沒人.而且我的流量絕對絕對不可能用掉2個G在幾天里.因為我住的是tamworth在悉尼和布里斯班之間的地方,這裡除了市中心信號好之外,我住的地方根本連網頁都上不去更不要說2個G了,而且星期天和星期六我在麥當勞上網也根本不可能用他們的網絡,星期一到星期五我上班也不可能跑去市中心上網!!
所以昨天和今天我上班之前我就打電話去,昨天的工作人員說可以幫我改計畫和data來掩護我超的1個G的,他說可以幫我但是做完這些工作要等一天.今天我又打了過去他不在了,也不知道是誰在接電話,然後我問了我的賬戶也毫無動靜毫無更改,就好像昨天沒打過電話.今天他們也是各種推脫!反正就是要我交這個錢!但是我可以肯定我肯定不可能用這麼多,如果是在悉尼我就認了,但是這裡真的網頁都要看信號和天氣,youtube除非去市中心或者麥當勞才有可能‼
所以我想看看有沒有大俠教教我怎麼辦?能否給我virgin 的 email或者tio的email.幫我寫一份申訴信給virgin或者tio.因為我的英文不是太好,打電話也是雞同鴨講,太難溝通!

I have checked your account and have reviewed your details. I have seen that a once-off goodwill credit of $2,074.15 regarding excess data usage has already been applied on your account. This adjustment will reflect on the next bill.
Are you aware that Virgin Mobile provides you with an approximate usage monitor on our website? Simply log into our website & head to: Mobile Internet Data Usage on the left hand-side. This can help you keep track of your usage. This may be delayed and may not include the data usage for the past 2 days.

May I also advise you of how our billing system works? Just like making calls, when you hang up the call, when you disconnect the data session is when the charges go onto the account. If you are on a large download session, not until you disconnect the session do the charges appear here & may in fact take up to 48 hours to appear if you stay connected for a long period of time or while using the phone as a modem.
For privacy purposes, we do not keep a record of where your data was used.
Please do note though that data spike may be a result of WiFi drop-outs, push notifications or applications that run automatically through your phone. This will contact the internet constantly without notifying you.
Please be reminded that if you incur any excess data usage in the future, we are then unable to apply any goodwill credit on your account.
