求救，有懂8503 waive的同志吗？我8503已经waive了，为什么移民局查不到？

事情是这样的，我们家宝宝现在是676签证，之前被加了8503条款，后来我们在parramatta office申请waive，几天后收到信说approve了。

上周二，我们递交了573申请，目的是要把宝宝加入到爸爸的573学生签证中，资料我们都很仔细地准备了，并且附上了之前收到的approval of waiver of 8503那封信，可谁知今天收到包裹移民局把资料都退回来了，说申请是无效的，建议我们需要先waive掉8503再递交申请。

我们现在该怎么办呢？要appeal吗？电脑里查不到我们已经waive掉的纪录吗？即使查不到，为什么不能打电话问问parramatta office呢？申请费是肯定白交了吗？

唉我们现在能想到的就是明天一早带着孩子去移民局，因为签证还有3天马上就要到期了，偏偏老公的脚前两天又伤到了，真是......

我心里觉得这都是移民局的疏忽，他们搞错了，可想想明天去也没法态度强硬，毕竟还指望着他们给发签证，好烦呐，大家给我出出主意吧，谢谢了！

明天去移民局，带上approval letter和573申请资料。

If condition 8503 is waived
If condition 8503 is waived, then you can apply for another visa without having to depart Australia. There is no guarantee that you will be granted another visa as this will depend on whether you satisfy the legal requirements for that visa. In addition, if another visa is granted to you it may also contain condition 8503.

按照你上面说的，已经取消了8503后才去申请573的，如果被拒理由是8503，就有点奇怪了，建议，再仔细的检查一遍你的材料和拒签的信。如果一切都正常，就拿这些去移民局问问吧。 如果是不是你填写资料出错，申请费应该不需要重交。

谢谢肥咪他妈啦~我确定那是approval letter，明天我就带去对质~因为一同寄回来的有收到钱的receipt，所以怕还要再交钱，那样就实在太欺负人了~谢谢你的回复！

好消息是还没有，不过希望过几天就会有。今天去，前台说他们一定是搞错了，打了个电话给管学生签的supervisor，说是把资料退回给他，他来处理，要回去等消息，就这样5分钟就回去了，亏我老公还一瘸一拐长途跋涉。
