Well known retail/manufactury in north west of melbounre (20 mins from city) is looking for an office assistant/ accounts office.
the major responsibilities of this position including:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Arrange Tax Invoices to clients
Attending phone calls addressed to accounts
Filing records
Liaise with suppliers, agents
Ad hoc tasks
The ideal candidate will be:
Australia PR/citizen or have the ability to prove the right to working full time in Australia
Professional business communication skills and confident oral communication skills
Self-motivated, and organized
Familiar with MS excel
basic knowledge of accounting/ taxation regulations
