上次发了一张贴贴，
手上有两个 offer 一家是 2nd tier 的intern offer- Audit！
另外一个就是现在这家公司的full time offer with 4 hours study leave each week。
本来是决定reject full time offer， 因为自己本身还没有finish study 而且已经在一家boutique CA firm 做junior！也有一点点经验。可是Full time 这家公司（A） 给我的terms 特别好， 每周有study leave，考试也有2.5 days off。所以还是决定做full time， 看看喜欢不喜欢， 如果不喜欢到时在找graduate position。所以只能reject intern offer～ 呜呜呜 好可惜啊， 我想try 一下审计的啊。
上个月因为无聊，（什么破reason），因为被老板气的不爽， 居然连financial year ended 2011的 group certificate 到现在还没有给我～ 我已经追了他不下10次。
这样的公司呆下去也没有前途，所以决定 跳！
说说背景， 在大学读double degree，majoring in Accounting. 那时中学毕业， 没有工作就去了阿姨的中国餐厅打工， 打了一年多一个好好好的客人， 也是我的贵人， 也是我现在的supervisor 问我有没有兴趣去他工作的CA firm 做junior。Of course 啦， 不过人工怎么样， experience才是最important！在这里混了两年，其实也做做很basic的东西。 主要 利用client 给的myob file prepare general ledger， 或 coding from bank statement， 还有什么SMSF， BAS，tax return都做过最basic的那种把。 反正 I still cannot prepare the full account independently。 真的很菜鸟。。。。。。。。
上个月的某一天6点， 很郁闷的在seek看看有什么工作适合我。 看到一份undergraduate accountant的post 需要experience in CA firm。 Even though 我有CA experience 不过是part time basis 所以也就try try！ 发了resume 不到 one hour， 晚上7点 （ agent也很hard working）居然打电话给我要我把transcript 给他， 然后做一个agent interview。
Agent Interview：
Agent Interview is nothing。
1）真的， 真的去跟他聊一下 introduce yourself 就说一下下 自己在什么什么大学读书，读什么专业。 可是 这个 ～1 min self introduction 很重要。 因为基本上每一次interview， 的第一question 肯定是这个。 First impression counts， 所以要把自己的shinning points都给说出来。 例如我自己说我是XXX的 student majoring XXX。 我有两年的会计CA firm 经验，同时我也在一家supermarket 打工。 （ giving them an indication 我很有time management skills or hard working） 同时我自己最大的hobby是 travelling 尤其是backpacking。
通常interviewer 会抓住 some points in your introduction问你问题。
2） 因为我觉得我的selling point， as an undergraduate 是我的CA firm experience （ 真的很basic的那种）所以这是我就狂炸，说我都会做什么什么什么 SMSF, company tax return， personal tax return， BAS 什么都说了。可是说的时候有技巧一下啊，make sure there is a flow！ 例如在说company tax return， 同时我也会做那些company director 的personal tax return。 而且还有ensure 两个return是reconcile with each other。。。
因为agent本身不是employer他们也不太懂technical 的东西。所以说的时候，很confident。 他不会challenge你,同时你可以show the agent 你很competent因为我知道我自己在做什么！
3) General Chat
通常这时候， agent已经你大概是怎么样的人， in terms of your interpersonal skills， communication skills。所以他会问你一下啊，你都自己的career path是怎么规划的。 你想去什么样的公司去做。
因为我自己觉得头几年我觉得拿experience最重要，要学的广， 学的多。所以我说我一定要去CA firm做， 我不会做in house accountant 因为我觉得太limit了。 不知道对不对？
然后作为一个菜鸟，我也不知道我到了想specialised in whichever field 所以我还想去CA 公司看一下，学习不同的领域，希望可以找到一个适合我的area。所以 be honest with them。
然后 基本上 in 完， agent 挺impress with me。 然后跟我说现在手上有4个 position觉得挺适合我 junior accountant，都让我给interview 一下。

× 两家小公司 （ less than 30 ppl）
X 一家～ 50 ppl with office in Syd n Mel
X 一家~ 300 ppl with office in all capital ct ( the firm i got offered)
累了 一会再写~~~
