Here is my situation. I graudated and got my pr last year. I found a training job based on Gold coast this Feb. It is a small local accounting firm, just me and my boss and one part-time accountant. I have been working there for nearly 9 months but only got a little payment (probably no more than 1500). He offered me a contract this July, but it did not work out because of his business problems. My boss is really nice and helpful, and I really would like work with him. Now, i got a lot of pressure from my GF and my parents. cause i havet got a "real" job since i graduated. by the way, I did try to find new jobs but all i got were rejecting letters, and all the reasons were same that i did not have sufficient job experiences. Now, my boss business is getting better and he wanted me to stay here but only in a part-time position which is on basis of 3-days per week. Should I take this offer or find other one? but jobs in Gold Coast are really limited. Additionally, i am definitly not going to work as a commercial coz i am more into practice working environments. Here i also list some cons and pros here:
goods
- very flexible, I could learn more stuff because i could get my own client base
- improving my english coz he is really helpful to my english
- get more experiences
- not sure I could find a job in next 2 or 3 months
limits
- I have to stay here for one more year
- low payment
- high pressure from my family
could anybody give me some suggestions? It really drives me crazy.
