Thank you for shopping at Sasa.com and your recent enquiry.
In regards to your order (Order number: ***** ), please accept our apology on sending you the wrong item. Should you please return the incorrect item to us and we will arrange resend the correct item to you accordingly.
Should this happen, please kindly return the incorrect item(s)/ order together with it originally packing, delivery note and the correct order number via Registered Air-mail. (No returns or exchanges will be handled at any Sa Sa stores.) We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange to re-send the product once receive the return item from you. Return & resend will only in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit, simply attach the return postage receipt together with the return item, we will issue refund to you to the account of purchaser accordingly. (All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.) Kindly be reminded if your order was placed with a promotional code or free gift, you must return them back. Otherwise, the exchange policy would be hold.
Please send the returning items by mail to: Sa Sa dot Com - 14/F Block B, MP Industrial Centre, 18 Ka Yip Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong.
(Note: Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase accordingly. The refund will be credited to the account of the purchaser. It normally takes about 3 to 4 weeks to process the return and credit your account.)
错怪sasa了,是我自己糊涂把另外一瓶cream发在别的地方了,最近买的化妆品太多了,包裹一个又一个,脑子就浆糊了,还好我及时找到,给sasa写了Email道歉告诉他们我收到了所有的货品,他们态度也很好。
