我昨天收到sim卡,可是到现在都显示no service
We received a port rejection when attempting to port your mobile 04XXXXXXXX
The reason for your port rejection was: Incorrect Date of Birth
Here's what we need you to do to help us port your number.
A) Please check that the mobile number listed above is the number you wish to port
B) Please contact your current provider, Optus and confirm the following:
Whether your service is Prepaid or Postpaid?
Please confirm one of the following
If Prepaid - what is the Date of Birth your current provider has against this service
If Postpaid - what is the Account number
C) Please inform your current provider that you are porting your service, and if required, they should update their carrier systems (this is only required if your current provider is a reseller).
D) Once done, please reply back to this email with the answer to question 1 & 2 above.
