我从中介处租了套商业用房准备自己做零售生意
但是到了council去问 说是需要planning permit 其中需要‘three sets of plans at a scale of 1:100 showing the layout of the site, internal details of the building, car parking areas, etc....’可是文中介 中介却说没有 要我到去找surveyor 那么我是应该和council联系请他们的人 还是问owner要呢 真的是不确定 所以就想问问大家有没有类似的经验？
