Job Summary
A Sales Support Representative works closely with partners and the sales team to process pricing scenarios and orders.
Essential Functions
• Manage and oversee daily order processing operations primarily for ANZ
• Handle order management and fulfillment: review, verify POS and ensure timely delivery
• Handle inquiries from ANZ based distributors, resellers and sales teams
• Verify and pre-approve pricing scenario set-up by sales
• Provide training, review and communicate updates to Sales team to improve order and quoting processes.
• Coordinate and manage order discrepancy resolution with partners
• Attend to sales inquiries related to Salesforce.com, commission plans, Pricing Scenario (PS) set-up and all order related matters.
• Work closely with partners and sales on part-number queries / assist local distribution with setting up part-numbers
• Provide training for new hires
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education and Experience
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position within the IT software industry
• Must be familiar with Salesforce.com and/or similar CRM systems

• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Team focused, with the ability to build rapport internally with staff and with customers and partners
• Strong work-ethic and committed to quality
• Disciplined, organized and methodical in approach to tasks and activities
• Proactive with the ability to make decisions
Base in North Sydney.
