很为难 雇主问有什么需要改进的地方

如题，感觉很难以回答呀，各位都是怎么回答的呀

没什么为难的。我曾经面试过不少人，都问了这个问题。我发现大部分人都会老实回答。我觉得这样并没有减分，反而增加了好感。当然，有些人是不原意说自己的弱点的，说自己挺完美。这样的回答，反而会减分。

就大秀谦虚呗。我会说：

I always think I have a lot to improve, especially professional-wise. I am still a young professional and my knowledge and skills are still very limited. I am eager to sharpen and polish myself so I can become a very competent XXXXX in the very near future.

Another interesting thing is that, the longer you stay in this industry, the more you find that you don't know, but so far I enjoy the learning process, and it has become a source of my satisfaction.

I am also focused on efficiency improvement. Not that I am not an efficient person. It is just that I am an efficiency-freak! I am always thinking about new tricks and strategies to improve my efficiency, both at work and home. Currently I am learning how to delegate. Crowding everything else on my own plate is not a wise thing to do.

Another area that I am looking to improve is commercial wisdom. I think it will grow over the time, and with age. However, it is important that I always understand why decisions are made by my superior in a specific way and how he looks at the whole picture and balances out the pros and cons. This is particularly important for me because my career goal is to become a senior XXXX. I wish up to that point I will become a wise and calm decision maker who never lets her emotion crowd her judgment.

The list is endless, but I think self-improvement is a lifetime task, and I enjoy doing it because it makes my professional life more interesting and fulfilled.

避开讲自己的缺点同时，要show off自己对自己的严格要求和积极向上的精神。而且会显得你自己很confident。

你要是show出自己积极乐观而自信的心态，而且职业计划说出来也是有一是一有二是二的话，自然就脱颖而出了。而且如果是中国人的话，雇主对你的期望值原来并不高。你做到average他就觉得你厉害了。这跟对方的心理落差有关。

说话的声音也要自己练一下。沉稳一点。声音太轻和太抖都会让人觉得你没自信。声音是你的第二张脸。到了面试的时候，大家的背景应该基本差不多。如果不能以经理取胜，更要发挥个性魅力。

这类问题要反着说~~~~
就说自己某些优点，优过了，反而变成某种缺点

比如，认真认过头了，导致工作进度变慢
比如，太勤劳了，导致把团队里的活都给干完了
比如，太英俊了，导致别人都活不下去了
比如，懂得太多了，不知不觉调戏了比自己title更高的老鸟~~
太多例子了，千万，千万别真的说缺点。

个人不喜欢太虚的缺点，3年前的一个中介问了我这个问题之后马上就说，别跟我说你不注意休息，太爱工作，停不下来。中介也不是那么容易忽悠的，这些话他们听多了吧。实惠点没什么不好，说个实际的但是对工作没有影响的就行了，比如你对澳洲文化了解不够，有时候local同事讲笑话，因为没有背景知识，你不太懂。

这个问题其实很绕。多年前我也以为要避免暴露自己的问题。其实这个问题问得是你如何评估自己，
没有人是完美的，认真对待自己的缺点就是最大的优点，否认或者掩饰自己的缺点就是最大的缺点。

要improve的不一定是有缺点的地方。也可以是原本很好但是想要锦上添花的地方啊。
