问个父母103的问题，676没有8503，分分伺候

母亲676在澳洲，没有8503，递103申请到底是算onshore还是offshore

是寄到perth的境外移民申请中心，还在到附近的移民局申请？

如果不够，不可以境内，只能103
103，只能在境外
邮寄地址也只有一个，网上可以查到
没有是否区别的问题

    you do not hold a substantive visa (which is any visa other than a bridging visa, a criminal justice visa or an enforcement visa) and had a visa cancelled or refused since you last arrived in Australia
    your last visa was granted on the condition that you would not be granted a substantive visa while you remain in Australia

没有8503条款是可以境内申请103的，确认过了。

我就是想知道这个进内申请103和那些offshore的103有无区别，会快点嘛

应该不可以递交，103只能境外。

又仔细看了一下，第一个比较绕人，不过好像确实没有禁止申请。但是假如不给bridging visa，应该没有啥不一样吧？

是的，没有8503就是可以在境内递交，但我看了半天，应该也没什么好处，和境外递交的一样

如果不是804，应该没有bvb的
