学徒一般为四年制，边在公司实习边在TAFE学习，学徒期间薪水从750-850每周

Apprenticeship Program applications now open
If you know someone interested in completing an apprenticeship in 2012, why not encourage them to apply to the RailCorp Apprenticeship Program?
The Program offers over 70 apprenticeships in areas including telecommunications, electrical, plant mechanics, mechanical fitting and cable joinery.
All apprentices receive a travel pass, annual leave, rostered days off and have their TAFE costs paid for by RailCorp. Applications are open for two weeks from today until Friday 15 July 2011.
