杯具中，发现有没报的

事情是这样的，09-10年度的ABN大概收入4、5千块，没有GST（虽然注册了GST），GST为0，后来去年10月有ATO的人打电话问我还用不用ABN，因为我只用了前几个月，尔后就一直没用，我就说不会用了，他就说帮我cancel了，昨天突发其想地登陆ATO的网站看看有啥东西，一看有一条Activity Statement，是Annual GST Return，一直安静地躺在我的账户里，呵呵
我就给ATO打电话问怎么回事，接线员说没有GST也要报，即使为0，我原本以为没有GST就不用报了
现在怎么办，今天把这个要上报吗？如果要报的话，以前的单据我也没保存，只能估计一下了，这个会有问题吗

另外我怎么在线填那些信息，请大侠帮忙看看，谢谢

不清楚怎样耶， 我只知道我 03年就登记了一个 ABN， 直到 08年都没用， 他们就直接帮我 CANCEL 了， 而期间我也没报过任何的税务， 到目前为止 他们也没找我问过什么。

但是 08年尾因为我开始做了一些小买卖 所以又从新 REACTIVATE 那个 ABR， 过去3年都有报税， 而 ATO 也没找我问过什么... 不知道我这样做会不会有什么问题， 等专业人事回答 @@

你还好，一直没用过，我是用过几个月，但在他cancel后至今我才发现有一条statement，所以不知道怎么办了，估计我现在上报要被罚款了，呵呵，但不报的话不知道有什么后果

in your case, you may need to contact the ATO to clarify why the cancellation of GST not validated...but I have not heard that ATO staff actively call the client to cancel the GST registration.

If you they insist you have to lodge BAS, then you may not have other options but lodge it then cancel it. They will charge GIC but you can ask to remit it.

If you do not lodge it, you may receive the compliance letter.

It was done.
Just input data and submit, then I saw the status has been changed to "Processed" and Nil to pay anything.
I think that's all.

To Lionheart:
The ATO staff did actively call me on Sept of last year, otherwise it was impossible that I cancelled the ABN and GST account actively. At least I don't care if keep or cancel it.
