各位做property accounting的大侠，请问rent free应该如何book呢？
给一个scenario吧
A公司收租金，但是给租客提供了6个月的rent free period.每个月租金是10，000，租约3年。真正的第一次cash租金要到6个月以后才能收到。但是会计上在Time0就要开始记录。
是不是在一开始capitalize rent free rent income，然后amortize through whole leasing period？
T0,Recognize rent free income (Accounting)
Dr Capitalized rent free 60,000
Cr rent free income 60,000
T1, Amortize Capitalized rent free (Accounting)
Dr Rent free expenses 1,666.7 (Contra rent free income)
Cr Capitalized Rent free 1,666.7 (60,000/3/12=1,666)
