先解释一下,去年4月我给我岳父母买的Exetel mobile service, 20刀开通费,没有月费,exetel to exetel之间2分钟内免费。他们去年12月底回国了,有时我还会开着那个手机,不过就是没有过通话。我想保留这个,因为我父母也可能过来。
在这里加个update, 大约3月底收到的exetel email,然后我告诉他们人到海外3个月,目前回来还要接着用,然后他们就回邮件,如果我确认要接着用,可以保留我的计划。没过2天,又来邮件,说我每月花销不到2刀,必须换计划或者terminate。 我怒了,于是告到TIO. 最终Exetel让我转到其他公司,退我当初SIM卡的一半开通费(10刀,我有3个号码都在Exetel, 一共30刀)。 我接受了这个solution. TIO大概2个工作日相应我的complain, 给了Exetel十个工作日去解决这个ticket。
虽然没几个钱,不过人善被欺。以后再也不沾Exetel了。 不过TIO也说明了,企业有权利更改价格,只要提前30天通知,并前不能收客户额外费用。从这点上,Exetel并不违法。只是出尔反尔,令人气愤。
各位看官请开来信:
Dear MR RUI PU,
Exetel’s records show that your monthly mobile service spend has consistently been $0.00 per month for the last 3 months.
Whilst it doesn’t cost you anything to use the Exetel mobile service on the $0.00 Mobile 1 monthly plan, there is actually a wholesale cost to Exetel to maintain services on the network. We understand there may be a benefit in making use of the free Exetel to Exetel calls and SMS, however records also show that you are not actually making use of this benefit either. There seems no sense from your viewpoint, nor from Exetel’s, in continuing your mobile service under the current conditions.
Therefore, Exetel is giving notice to you to take a particular course of action by 30th April, 2011.
If no action is taken by you, we will assume your mobile service is no longer required and will therefore be disconnected.
Please be advised you have the following options available to you. You must do this before 30th April, 2011.
a) Transfer (port) your current Exetel mobile service (via the Vodafone network) to a new Exetel mobile service (via the Optus network)
There are monthly discount benefits if you currently have an Exetel ADSL service and bundle it with an Exetel mobile CAP service (via the Optus network). Here are the available plans for your consideration: http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-mobile-cap-plans.php and see below.
If you would like to take up this option, please log into your Exetel members facility and select ‘Order services’ then ‘Mobile’.
On the order form, enter and complete the information necessary for a ‘port’ of service.
b) Transfer (port) your current Exetel mobile service (via the Vodafone network) to any other mobile provider.
c) Cancel your current Exetel mobile service (via the Vodafone network).
Again, be advised if no course of action is taken by 30th April, 2011, Exetel will disconnect your mobile service <mobile service number>.
