NoDo has been further delayed, according to the official Windows Phone 7 France blog to the ‘second half

of March’, further postponing the update which Microsoft acknowledged was initially slated for March 7th.

According to Microsoft France (translated):

We are delighted to share with you that this update will be available for the second half of March via your Zune software. A notification will be thrust on all of the Windows Phone 7, allowing you to perform the update in the best conditions.

We have reached out to Microsoft’s US PR company for clarification and are awaiting a proper statement from a spokesperson. Hopefully they say something soon, as the rage surrounding the lack of NoDo is continuing to build.
