恶心的考试总算结束了,开始准备转CPA的工作。可惜,mentor program 被PER取代了。我们又是吃螃蟹的人了从2011年1月1日起,所有申请人都要用PER。打印了cpa program the practical experience guide and logbook。其主要内容如下:

part three og book
part four: Forms

part two: pg 16-28, there are all the info related with Technical skills, do we need to choose area from them fill info at final forms? In my understanding is at least 4 Technical Skills Area and choosen by us.
Part Three:For the log book, do we need to prepare and fill it and send to CPA with final letter(form)? I reckon it is auditing use only.
Part Four:
1) In the pervious mentor program, it had clear skill level request like 3 from level one or 2 from level two but I didn't find any request in PER, in the Practical Experience Requirement Update Form ( I called it final form), there are Tecnical Skills with four areas (I will choose by myselves), how about Persoanl Effectiveness Skills, Business Skills and Leadship Skills. Do we need to fill them all from Per1 to Per4 and same for BUS and LEA?
2)Evidence of Knowledge, do we need to arrange and send to CPA with Final Form? Or it is for Audit only? My opinion is for Audit only!
3)Personal Development, what is that? Stupid is my answer and will not prepare it! |
