from tax point of view. buy PPR first. later u can use the equity to fund ur investment property and all the interest are deductable.
if you do the otherway. the initial deposite you put towards ur investment property cant be tax deductable if later you use it to buy your PPR.
However. some expert claim that renting while investing can generate more profit than buying PPR 1st. but i think buy PPR is more important for us as chinese. |
