这周有几个面试,准备点面试问题先
talk about yourselt:
"I have been in the it industry for the past 10 years. My most recent experience has been xxx in xxx. One reason I particularly enjoy this business is the opportunity to connect with people. In my last job I formed some significant customer relationships resulting in a 20 percent increase in sales in a matter of months.

What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales."

Question for interviewer:
How did this position become available?
Can you describe a typical day for a person in this role?
What are some of the challenges one is faced in this role?
In this role how is one evaluated?
What are the future aspirationsfor the company?
Can you tell me more about the interview process?
What are the strengths and weaknesses of the company as you perceive them?
How long have you worked for <company name>?
Where do you see the company (or department) heading in 5 years time?
How will my performance be monitored?

如果是做professional的工作,有10年经验需要这么来准备面试吗?

另一家中介发了职位描述过来,要求最好有敏捷scrum的经验, 这个是我的弱项,这里自己恶补一下, 有高手多指教:
  小周期开发, 每周都迭代, 随时评估开发难度和进度
  重视代码, checking 代码
  重视面对面沟通,经常开会,视频会议,及时调整
  对客户提出的需求,转化为features 卡片, 描述功能特征,team members评估打分

敏捷和Scrum是不同的,敏捷的经验每一个做过敏捷开发的开发人员都有,因为是team里日常的东西,但是Scrum的经验并不是每个人都有,你不可能一个team里都是Scrum master吧,那谁干活?

我们team里现在做Scrum master的是BA来代理的,好在这个BA和开发lead交流的很好,并不是对开发一窍不通的那种BA。

另外你列出来的这些东西并不完全是敏捷的东西,看上去更象是介于敏捷和传统开发之间。

敏捷的要点: Daily stand up meeting, weekly retro, card wall (现在很多公司都用软件card wall,但是我们是有软件wall还有实体wall,实体wall在stand up的时候很必要), Scrum master。至于代码质量,并不限于敏捷,无论敏捷还是传统都有自己的方法。经常开会这个东西,,,,,只限于Scrum master去做吧,开发人员不能把自己掩埋在会海里啊。
